Flying with your Hit-Air vest

You can take your airbag with CO2 cartridge on a plane in a checked and carry-on. The CO2 cartridge is considered non-flammable dangerous goods however it is at the discretion of the TSA and Airlines. To help avoid any discrepancies, we advise you to download and print the form for traveling and place with vest in checked luggage. For carry-on, processed through to the TSA check but allow for extra time if stopped. Please read and follow the TSA Guidelines

Find shelter during a storm with confidence

All Hit-Air vests and jackets can be used in the rain. In fact, some Hit-Air jackets have water-proof and water-resistant outer layers!

While riding in the rain will not impact the function of your Hit-Air vest or jacket, be sure to allow your vest or jacket to fully dry before storing it after your ride. Vests and jackets should be hung to dry in a shaded area and all metal pieces, including your CO2 cartridge, should be wiped dry to prevent rusting.

Finding the size, model and color

Our inventory is constantly changing! We receive products bi-weekly but sometimes items sale out before hit the website! If you see an item backed ordered, know it is arriving back in stock on a bi-weekly basis. To secure your size and color choice an order must be placed.
